Room was spacious. Service was excellent. View was excellent. Pool area was nice and was also nice to be able to use the one next door. Beach was very nice and easy to access. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of selection, however, some of it needed to be kept warmer.

Our room wasn't ready at 4:30 due to housekeeping backed up, but the manager worked hard to get us in as quickly as possible. We were worried about the reviews we read about construction, but it appeared to be finished, or at least wasn't noticable. The outdoor bar was open, and the music/activities out by the pool were really fun. Our queen suite was very nice and clean with a great view. Breakfast room service was prompt, but very overpriced for the quality. Our omelet and French toast were cold and just OK. All in all it was a great stay for a quick overnight trip.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again! We had an issue with the drain in the tub. I called the desk and they not only sent someone right up to fix it, but they sent housekeeping in again to clean the tub. Awesome service!

Our group of friends especially enjoyed the front desk staff who were super helpful. The room was very nice with all amenities and the view of the beach was perfect. I am also so very grateful for the staff in the dining areas as we chose our experience to be as much on the property as possible. The cleaning staff, kitchen staff, front desk staff, and everyone that we encountered treated us like family. This was very refreshing and a return to human kindness.

Location, room cleanliness and amenities at the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - near the beach and had several restaurants and stores near by. Will come back for sure!

1. superior staff (front desk) Christine was tres bien….AMAZING! kind and professional, she made me feel very welcomed for a first visit to Pensacola. Christine ensured I had the perfect view coming from Atlanta and needing that ambiance. Johnathan though rooms were almost to full capacity found me a standard room second day so I didn’t need to go down the room to spring hill suites. He matched the price which was vitally important with work fee restrictions. He even made sure the room 711 had an awesome view too! I will be back to work for years to come and this will be my choice of stay. planning a family trip I. the next few weeks too! Nguyen was added personality and she was nice nice nice! I love your staff particularly these three!💛💛💛

We love the convenience of everything. Pool is amazing for kids and parents. Staff is amazing too! Great views as well
